All bids must be for items equal or superior to those specified. If the item bid is not the specified item, the brand name and stock number of the item bid must be indicated. Samples may be requested before award is made. All bid prices are to be F.O.B., Lewiston, Maine, and shall be firm for a one year period unless otherwise stated by the vendor. Awards may be made for individual items or like items whichever is in the best interest of the City of Lewiston. The City of Lewiston Finance Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. The undersigned proposes to furnish firefighter uniforms to the City of Lewiston. If the bidder takes any exceptions to the above specifications, he is to list them in detail with this bid, otherwise, strict compliance will be mandatory.
