About Lincoln Jeffers Lincoln Jeffers grew up in New Jersey and graduated from Vermont Middlebury College in 1983. He lived, played and worked in Breckenridge , Colorado for ten years, where he worked in real estate. Upon returning to New England , he worked in sales and marketing. He has 35 graduate degree credits from the Muskie School of Public Service at USM in the economic and community development program. Prior to coming to work for the City he worked as an analyst at Planning Decisions, a Maine based public policy, planning and research firm. Lincoln has been integrally involved with the economic development that has occurred in Lewiston since 2000.
