Please take notice that the City of Lewiston intends to file a Notice of Intent (“NOI”) to comply with MS4 General Permit to the Maine Department of Environmental Protection on or about June 27, 2008 for stormwater discharges associated with the City’s municipal separate storm sewer system. The NOI will be filed at the Augusta DEP office, and the DEP’s web site HUhttp://www.maine.gov/dep/blwq/docstand/stormwater/ms4/NOI_plan/index.htmU for inspection.
