Please take notice that the City of Lewiston intends to file a Notice of Intent (“NOI”) to comply with MS4 General Permit to the Maine Department of Environmental Protection on or about July 30, 2013, for stormwater discharges associated with the City’s municipal separate storm sewer system. A Stormwater Program Management Plan will be filed by November 15, 2013, which will outline the City’s plan to meet the General Permit requirements.
