City of Lewiston Armory Building Window Replacement Project Addendum No. 1 to the Bidding Documents This Addendum form is a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Bidding documents. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided in the Bid Proposal Form. Addendum Item No. 1 10.8 VINYL WINDOWS Part 2. Products B. REPLACEMENT CLASSIC DOUBLE HUNG WINDOWS 2. Performance Remove item: a. Sound Transmission Class (STC): 28 and 35. Addendum Item No. 2 The replacement windows shall have the same grid configuration as the existing windows. A. Installer Qualification: An experienced installer who has specialized in installing work similar in material, design and extent to that indicated for this project and who is acceptable to the manufacturer. The installer must completely fill out the Installer Qualification Statement included in the Proposal of the Specifications. They must provide a list of five projects with reference names and phone numbers under the current company name, of similar scope and complexity to this project. They must have a minimum of five years in business under the same name. They must have an actual storefront with a physical address. They must be a member of the National Glass Association (NGA).
