CITY OF LEWISTON, MAINE DEMOLITION: PETTINGILL SCHOOL BID 2013-037 BID DATE: Thursday, October 10, 2013 Addendum #2 Addenda #2 hereby provides the following information on the above mentioned Bid. Following the Pre-Bid meeting held on September 26, 2013, the City retained Summit Environmental to perform a lead paint survey both exterior and interior of the structures. The only lead paint was detected in the Boiler Room area and on stairwell leading from the basement. The City has contracted for the removal of this material and the removal will be complete by the time the contract is given Notice to Proceed on November 1, 2013.
