Item 1: Specifications for One 1-Ton 4x4 Dump truck with plow for use by Public Works Department. Furnishing and mounting of this equipment shall be the responsibility of the chassis bidder. The desired equipment will be used by the Public Works Department, on and off road, as a dump truck and for snow plowing. Item 2: Specifications for One 3/4 ton 4X4 Pickup Truck for use by the Public Works Department, Buildings Division. Item 3: Specifications for One 3/4 ton 4X4 Pickup Truck for use by the Public Works Department, Water and Sewer Divisions. All items appearing in the bidder’s regular published specifications are assumed to be included in the bidder’s proposal. The following specifications shall be the minimum requirements and the bid shall be of the manufacturer’s latest model and design. The bid item must also comply with applicable Federal and Maine laws. The City of Lewiston reserves the right to reject any and all bids when deemed to be in the best interest of the City, and to waive any minor discrepancy or technicality in the bid specifications.
