Report A Concern This is an online form that residents can complete with their contact information when they have a concern: pothole, speeding concern, etc. The information currently goes to the City Administrator, Deputy City Administrator, Community Relations Coordinator (CRC) & Executive Secretary in Administration. CRC is the first responder when a concern is submitted.
