April 15, 2014 Cure-in-place Pipe Lining of Sanitary Sewers, 2014 Bid No. 2014-019 Bid Date: 4/22/14 ADDENDUM NO 1 Please make the following changes to the Specifications: SPECIFICATION REVISIONS: 1. Change the completion date in Div 10.02 to October 15, 2014. 2. Replace Division 10.04 MATERIALS with the following: The Contractor shall supply all materials, equipment, and labor as necessary to complete the Project in accordance with the Plans and these Specifications. The cure-in-place pipe material, design, installation and testing shall meet the requirements of ASTM F1216, latest version, for gravity sewer applications. The cure-in-place pipe shall be designed for a fully deteriorated design condition where the original pipe is assumed to provide no structural support. The cure-in-place pipe shall therefore be able to carry the following loads: 1. Soil 2. Groundwater, thereby minimizing infiltration (hydrostatic loads) 3. Other superimposed loads.
