June 8, 2012 River Road Culvert Replacement Bid No. 2012-021 Bid Date: 6/12/12 ADDENDUM NO. 1 Please make the following changes to the Specifications: 1. River Road will be raised a total of three feet at the culvert location. This change will result in approximately 425 LF of new road construction and result in the following changes to the contract quantities. Bid Item No. 1 Remove Pavement – New quantity shall be 1135 SY Bid Item No. 2 Common Excavation – New quantity shall be 525 CY Bid Item No. 7 Hot Mix Asphalt (19MM) – New quantity shall be 148 TON Common Fill will be used to achieve subgrade and will be obtained from site. 2. The Headwall on both the upstream and ends of the 8’x8’ Concrete Box Culvert shall be changed to 1’ (wide) x 2’ (high). 3.
