CITY OF LEWISTON, MAINE PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT CUSTODIAL SERVICES @ CITY OWNED BUILDINGS BID 2013-008 BID DATE: Tuesday, March 26 , 2013 Addendum #1 Addenda #1 hereby makes the following changes to the above mentioned Bid: 1. Work at the various City facilities under this contract shall be performed by the contractor during these corrected times for the following two facilities: Location New times City Hall 4:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday-Friday Solid Waste Facility 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday & Thursday only 2. Under “General Requirements” change the first sentence of the third paragraph to: • The contractor shall provide the cleaning supplies, paper products, hand cleaning soap and trash can liners which shall be equal to or superior in quality to those currently used by the City and part of the base yearly bid cost, unless otherwise specified in this document. 3. Under “Estimated Usage of Paper Products (cases): Change under City Hall the Toilet Paper quantities as follows: • From 45 cases of Regular to - 10 cases of Jumbo and 25 cases of Regular 4.
