August 6, 2014 Library Roof Repair Project Bid No. 2014-040 Bid Date: 08/12/14 ADDENDUM NO. 1 Notice is hereby given on the changes to the above referenced bid. Please make the following changes to the Specs and revised Proposal Form: Addendum No. 1 to the Bidding Documents This Addendum form is a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original Bidding documents. Acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the Bid Proposal Form. Addendum Item No. 1 The roof top chiller will be disconnected by the City’s Electrical and Mechanical Contractor to give the roofing contractor the ability to move or lift the unit to enable them to install the membrane in its location. The Contractor shall make their best effort to get the roof top chiller back in service as soon as possible. Addendum Item No. 2 Proposals will be received by the City of Lewiston, Maine at the office of the Director of Budget/Purchasing until 2:00 p.m., on August 24, August 12, 2014 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
