SPRINKLER SYSTEM INSTALLATIONS A. Application for any sprinkler service shall be made at the City of Lewiston Water Division Office. B. Upon request of a potential customer for a sprinkler service, the Water Division shall prepare, without charge, an estimate of cost for the proposed installation. C. The potential customer shall deposit at the Water Division Office the sum equal to the estimated cost prior to any installation made by the Water Division. D. When the installation is completed, the actual cost will be calculated and the deposit amount adjusted.
