STORM WATER UTILITY FEE SCHEDULE In accordance with the Code of Ordinances, Chapter 74, Section 74- 304, and 308 the following stormwater service fees are hereby established: (Effective July 1, 2012) Base Rate: For the first 2,900 sq. ft. of impervious surface $50.00 Single Family Homes, Mobile Homes: Flat Rate of $50.00 Duplex Residential Units: Flat Rate of $74.00 Unit Fee for Other Properties: Base Rate plus $0.054 for every square foot of impervious surface exceeding 2,900 square feet.
