“A Place for All” CITY OF LARAMIE PARKS, TREE & RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD AGENDA MEETING DATE: July 10, 2013 TIME: 6:30 pm LOCATION: Recreation Center large conference room – 920 Boulder Drive Consent Agenda: 1. To approve the minutes from the June 12, 2013 regular meeting of the Parks, Tree and Recreation Advisory Board. (Owen, pages 1-5) 2. To acknowledge receipt of the final report on the 2012 Arbor Day Celebration and Annual Tree Sale. (Schott, pages 6-13) 3. To approve the Adopt A Trail Along the Greenbelt Park Agreement with Laramie Kiwanis Builders Club for a two year tern and to authorize the City Manager to sign. (Schott, pages 14-17) 4. To approve the Adopt A Trail Along the Greenbelt Park Agreement with Laramie Kiwanis K Club for a two year tern and to authorize the City Manager to sign. (Schott, pages 18-21) 5. To approve the Adopt A Trail Along the Greenbelt Park Agreement with Western Research Institute for a two year tern and to authorize the City Manager to sign. (Schott, pages 22-24) 6. To acknowledge receipt of a memorandum detailing the downtown clean-up efforts of the University of Wyoming Summer Institute Volunteers. (Schott, pages 25-31) 7. To approve a Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Laramie and Stickley Family concerning the acquisition and installation of a historic Laramie sculpture piece. (Harrison, pages 32-42) Motion seconded that the consent agenda be approved and that each specific action on the consent agenda be approved as indicated within the staff reports. (Items listed on the consent agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed above. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Board Member or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered on the regular agenda.)
