TRAFFIC COMMISSION October 11, 2012 STAFF REPORT REQUEST: Add a right turn only lane at 30th Street and Grand Avenue LOCATION: 30th Street and Grand Avenue APPLICANT(S)/AGENT: City of Laramie OWNER: ROW (City of Laramie) PURPOSE: Add a right turn only lane at 30th Street and Grand Avenue PREPARED BY: Eric Jaap, Civil Engineer RECOMMENDED MOTION: Move to approve placement of a right turn only lane traveling south bound along 30th Street at Grand Avenue. BACKGROUND: None. ADDITIONAL ANALYSIS: Staff has meet onsite and after discussion decided to make the outermost lane traveling south bound a right only turn. PUBLIC COMMENTS: Staff has received no public comments related to this project. STAFF RECOMMENDATION: It is the recommendation of staff to approve placement of a right turn only lane traveling south bound along 30th Street at Grand Avenue.
