Local Time, on the 13th day of September, 2012, at which time the proposals will be opened. All proposals must be submitted on the forms supplied by the City of Laramie. A complete set of the specifications and the quote forms may be obtained after the 4th day of September, 2012, on the City of Laramie website, www.cityoflaramie.org, click on Government, City Clerk, Bids and last, Public Works Bids, and chose your project. Also the proposal package will be available at the Utility Division Office, City of Laramie, 1167 North 4th Street, P.O. Box C, Laramie, Wyoming 82073. THE PROJECT INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING • Evaluation of meter size • Evaluation of vault type, size, and location • Installation of vault and meter • Installation of electrical conduit for power in and 4-20 mA output • Bypass pumping during construction RESEARCH AND INVESTIGATION • Review plans for the project completed by The Engineering Company and make necessary corrections/changes. • The meter sizing will need to need to be investigated, evaluated, and a recommendation provided. • Evaluate vault size and configuration. • Evaluate bypass pumping requirements. • Conduct meeting with city staff for overview and input.
