“A Place for All” CITY OF LARAMIE PARKS, TREE & RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD AGENDA MEETING DATE: June 12, 2013 TIME: 6:30 pm LOCATION: Recreation Center large conference room – 920 Boulder Drive Consent Agenda: 1. To approve the minutes from the May 8, 2013 regular meeting of the Parks, Tree and Recreation Advisory Board. (Owen, pages 1-4) 2. To approve the proclamation designating July 2013 as “Parks and Recreation” month and forward on to Council for their consideration. (Guerin, pages 5-6) 3. To approve Laramie Parks and Recreation co-sponsoring the 2013 Dog Day in the Park, thereby not applying the park facility reservation fee for this free community event. (Schott, pages 7-15) 4. To acknowledge receipt of a letters from Landra Rezabek and from Greg Brown in reference to Kiowa Park storm drainage proposal. (pages 16-19) Motion seconded that the consent agenda be approved and that each specific action on the consent agenda be approved as indicated within the staff reports. (Items listed on the consent agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed above. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Board Member or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered on the regular agenda.) Regular Agenda: 1. Consideration of a final plat of the Indian Ridge Subdivision by Lindy, LLC. (Schott, pages 20-25) 2. Consideration of a request to co-sponsor the Women’s and Co-ed State Softball Tournament in August of 2013. (Guerin, pages 26-28) 3. Consideration of the Parks and Recreation Master Fee Schedule for FY2014 with an effective date of August 1, 2013. (Guerin, pages 29-44) 4. Consideration to accept the donation from CH2M Hill to dedicate a marker in honor of Anthony Vialpando along the Greenbelt Trail. (Schott, pages 45-48) 5. Consideration of the REVISED photography and cell phone policy.
