CITY OF LARAMIE LARAMIE, WYOMING Monolith Ranch Center Pivot Replacement ADDENDUM NO. 1: OCTOBER 29, 2012 This Addendum forms a part of the Request for Proposal documents and modifies the original RFP dated October 11, 2012. This Addendum consists of 2 pages. City of Laramie By: Steve Davidson Water Resources Specialist ---PAGE BREAK--- Monolith Ranch Center Pivot Replacement Addendum 1 – October 29, 2012 The following changes have been made to the Request for Proposal: In the “Information and General Conditions for Proposers” Section: 1. On page 1, Item 10, Change “one million dollars ($1,000,000.00)” to “five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000.00)”. 2. On page 1, Item 10, delete “plus three years subsequent to construction”. 3. On page 2, Item 17, delete “An example professional agreement is attached hereto”. 4. On page 2, Item 18, delete item 18. 5. On page 3, Item 4, delete “including a certification that the work conducted will be supervised by a professional engineer licensed in Wyoming”.
