AGENDA Laramie Planning Commission Work Session Monday, April 1, 2013 at 4:30 PM City Council Chambers, City Hall 406 Ivinson, Laramie, WY The Planning Commission meetings are open to the public. Conditional Use Permits – Criteria for findings of fact and approval b. What items go on to City Council c. When does PC need to swear in a witness, and why d. Free form discussion on any topic of interest to the Commission, possibly including: i. Development in Laramie generally ii. PUDs iii. Mixed-use development [Staff Note: The above topics have been suggested by various Commissioners for this work session; however, Work Session agendas are not rigid and the scope and length of discussion is the Commission’s choice.
