To approve the minutes from the February 8, 2012 regular meeting of the Parks, Tree and Recreation Advisory Board. (Owen-page 1-4) 2. To approve the Adopt A Trail along Greenbelt Park agreement with Berry Biodiversity Conservation Center for general cleanup of one quarter mile section along the Laramie River Greenbelt in the amount of $75.00 per year for a two year period and request the City Manager sign. (Zook-page 5-9) 3. To approve the Adopt A Trail along Greenbelt Park agreement with the High Plains Harriers for general cleanup of one quarter mile section along the Laramie River Greenbelt in the amount of $75.00 per year for a two year period and request the City Manager sign. (Zook-page 10-13) 4. To approve the renewal of the Adopt A Trail along Greenbelt Park agreement with the First Baptist Church for general cleanup of one quarter mile section along the Laramie River Greenbelt in the amount of $75.00 per year for a two year period and request the City Manager sign. (Zook-page 14-17) 5. To approve the co-sponsorship of the Rotary Horseshoe Tournament to be hosted at the Washington Park horseshoe pits, Saturday, July 174th 2012 from 9am-4pm. (Peters-page 18-28) Motion seconded that the consent agenda be approved and that each specific action on the consent agenda be approved as indicated within the staff reports. (Items listed on the consent agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed above. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Board Member or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered on the regular agenda.) Consideration of the proposals for the Washington Park spiral slide designs. (Zook-page 86-113) 6. Consideration of an Adopt A Park Agreement with the Laramie Sunrise Rotary Club for the establishment of two experimental bat houses. (Zook-page 114-124) 7.
