To approve the minutes from the August 14, 2013 regular meeting of the Parks, Tree and Recreation Advisory Board. (Owen, pages 1-3) 2. To approve the proclamation designating Saturday, October 5, 2013 as the Day of Play and the Recreation Center Free Day for all Albany County Residents. (Guerin, page 4) 3. To acknowledge receipt of a report from Facilities Management on the outcomes and activities of the annual summer maintenance closure at the Recreation Center. (Stevenson, pages 5-17) 4. To renew the loan agreement for Robert Russin’s First Steps, between the City of Laramie and the University of Wyoming Art Museum. (Schott, pages 18-23) 5. To acknowledge receipt of the recreation division revenue/expense reports for the summer 2013 adult sports and fitness. (Guerin, pages 24-27) Motion seconded that the consent agenda be approved and that each specific action on the consent agenda be approved as indicated within the staff reports. (Items listed on the consent agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed above. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Board Member or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered on the regular agenda.) Regular Agenda: 1. Consideration of the Facility Use Agreement between the City of Laramie and the Laramie Amateur Hockey Club. (Guerin, pages 28-36) 2.
