LARAMIE CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING Transfer of Ownership, Retail Liquor License No. 12, Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill & Bar. January 15, 2013 Public Hearing was called to order by Mayor Paulekas at 6:31 p.m. City Council present: Vicki Henry, Jayne Pearce, Roger McKinley, Lee Kempert, Joe Vitale, Klaus Hanson, Joe Shumway, Paul Weaver, and Dave Paulekas. Absent: None. The City Clerk read the notice: Notice is hereby given that on the 14th day of December, 2012, an application was received in the Office of the City Clerk for transfer of ownership of Retail Liquor License No. 12, from Concord Neighborhood Corp., dba Applebee’s Neighborhood Grille & Bar, 3209 Grand Avenue to RMH Franchise Corporation, 3209 Grand Avenue, Laramie, Wyoming, the place and premises being a 33 ft. X 27 ft. window-wall room in center of building located in a B2 zone on Lot 4, Block 1, Upland Heights Addition to the City of Laramie, Albany County, Wyoming.
