“Improving Our Quality of Life” CITY OF LARAMIE PARKS, TREE & RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD AGENDA MEETING DATE: July 18, 2012 TIME: 7:00 PM LOCATION: Recreation Center large conference room – 920 Boulder Drive Consent Agenda: 1. To approve the minutes from the June 13, 2012 regular meeting of the Parks, Tree and Recreation Advisory Board. (Owen, pages 1-4) 2. To acknowledge receipt of the final report on the 2011 Arbor Day Celebration and Annual Tree Sale. (Zook, pages 5-7 ) 3. To accept the donation of two new six foot benches with donor recognition for Michael Chris Humphreys. (Zook, pages 8-29) 4. To accept the donation of a new park bench and plaque from Diana Kopolos in memory of Jim Swindler for Optimist Park. (Zook, pages 30-31) 5. To acknowledge receipt of the Recreation Division revenue/expense reports for the Fall 2011 recreation programs. (Peters, pages 32-39) 6. To acknowledge receipt of the Recreation Division revenue/expense reports for the Winter/Spring 2011-2012 recreation programs. (Peters, pages 40-51) Motion seconded that the consent agenda be approved and that each specific action on the consent agenda be approved as indicated within the staff reports. (Items listed on the consent agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed above. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Board Member or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered on the regular agenda.) Regular Agenda: 1. Consideration of the Facilities Use Agreement between the City of Laramie and the Laramie Amateur Hockey Club. (Harrison, will be sent electronically) 2. Consideration of the School Age Child Care (SACC) program’s fees and the SACC sliding fee income scale for the 2012/13 school year. (Peters, pages 52-58 ) 3. Consideration of discontinuing the twenty percent discount for six month and annual Recreation Center memberships for Albany County employees. (Harrison, will be sent electronically) 4. Consideration of the Parks and Recreation Master Fee Schedule for FY2013 with an effective date of August 1, 2012.
