“A Place for All” CITY OF LARAMIE PARKS, TREE & RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD AGENDA MEETING DATE: October 9, 2013 TIME: 6:30 pm LOCATION: Recreation Center Front Conference Room – 920 Boulder Drive Consent Agenda: 1. To approve the minutes from the September 11, 2013 regular meeting of the Parks, Tree and Recreation Advisory Board. (Owen, pages 1-4) 2. To acknowledge receipt of the 2013 Community Service Day report. (Schott, pages 5-15) 3. To acknowledge receipt of the Recreation Center and the Ice and Event Center Cost Recovery Analysis. (Guerin, pages 16-19) 4. To acknowledge the 2013 Arts in the Park report. (Guerin, pages 20-24) Motion seconded that the consent agenda be approved and that each specific action on the consent agenda be approved as indicated within the staff reports. (Items listed on the consent agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed above. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Board Member or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered on the regular agenda.) Regular Agenda: 1. Consideration of a resolution to accept the donation of a series of bike racks from the Laramie Main Street Alliance. (Schott, pages 25-35) 2. Consideration of the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Laramie and the Hurwitz Family to donate the Midwest Trunk and Sporting Goods Clock. (Harrison, pages 36-46) 3. Consideration of the Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Laramie and the University of Wyoming Athletics Department for the Junior Cowgirls and Junior Cowboys youth basketball program.
