Mayor Paulekas asked if there were any public comments. Tim Hale questioned the need for two different rates for waste water, residential and business, noting there were several different types of businesses, including rental businesses. He felt the higher rate for businesses discouraged business growth was punitive, and hurt economic development. He was also concerned about the WyoTech dormitory effluence, while getting the discount rate. He wanted the Council to take a good look at the rates, and come up with something that helps the small businessman. Public Hearing was closed at 6:59 p.m. Respectfully submitted Sue Morris-Jones, MMC, City Clerk
