To approve the minutes from the April 10, 2013 regular meeting of the Parks, Tree and Recreation Advisory Board. (Owen, pages 1-5) 2. To approve the Adopt A Park Agreement with the Laramie Depot Association to adopt Depot Park for a two year term and to authorize the City Manager to sign. (Schott, pages 6-9) 3. To acknowledge receipt of the final report on the 21st Annual Youth Basketball Tournament. (Guerin, pages 10-11) 4. To acknowledge receipt of a $500 Arbor Day grant from Rocky Mountain Power. (Harrison, pages 12-15) 5. To approve the proclamation designating Mosquito Control Awareness week for June 23-29, 2013 and to forward on to Council for their consideration. (Wardlaw, page 16) 6. Consideration of the Skyhawks Sports Camps agreement for the 2013 summer youth sports camps. (Guerin, pages 20-32) 7. Consideration of a facility use agreement between the City of Laramie and Ivinson Memorial Hospital. (Guerin, pages 37-45) 8. Consideration of co-sponsoring the Rotary Club’s Horseshoe Tournament at Washington Park. (Schott, pages 46-58) Motion seconded that the consent agenda be approved and that each specific action on the consent agenda be approved as indicated within the staff reports. (Items listed on the consent agenda are considered to be routine and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed above. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Board Member or citizen so requests, in which case the item will be removed from the consent agenda and will be considered on the regular agenda.)
