Proof of ownership may be any document which reasonably establishes that the person signing is the owner of the property for which he/she is voting. Proof of residency may be a signed lease, utility bills for at least two billing periods, or other documentary evidence which reasonably establishes that the person signing is a resident of the property for which he/she is voting.
