Burger Recreation Center Drop In Fitness Schedule - September 2012 = Located in Multi Use Rms = Located in the Pool = Located in the Gym *All classes are 60 minutes, unless otherwise noted *10 reservations for will be taken 2 days in advance of each class, 6 spots will be given out 30 minutes before each class to drop in participants. Reser- vations are held until 5 minutes before the start of class and will be given away to drop in participants. *Participants will not be given numbers 5 minutes after the start of each class. Please cancel if you do not plan to attend. First time students show up 5 minutes early for an orientation with the instructor. *Group Cycling rservations will be taken 2 days in advance of each class. Bikes are held until 5 min before the start of class. Please cancel if you do not plan to attend.
