ANNEXATION Planning & Building Dept Annexation Notice ANNEXATION NOTICE: NORTHERN COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT A requirement of annexation into the City of Lafayette is for the property to be included into both the District and its Municipal Subdistrict. This is done by petition process thru Board of Directors, the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation and District Court in Greeley. At your discretion and for additional legal help on the inclusion process you may contact and retain Paul Zilis @ [PHONE REDACTED]. Please notify Doug Short, Public Works Director, at 303-665-5588x3322 when the applications are submitted and when approved. Once in the District and its Municipal Subdistrict, you will be able to secure Colorado Big Thompson water to dedicate to the City for your development.
