NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing relating to proposed Road Requirements Waiver to reduce the Access Easement standards for Lot’s 1 and 2 of the proposed Short Plat SPL2017-18 from 60.00 feet 40.00 feet. The proposed easement is located on Northview Drive adjacent to and immediately north of NW Spring Street approximately 450’ east of the intersection of NW Spring Street and NW Strawberry Mountain Road within a portion of the NW ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 24, TWP 03 N, RNG 10 E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA in the White Salmon vicinity. The hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 06, 2018 at 1:30 P.M. in the Commissioner’s Chambers, 205 South Columbus, Room 103, Goldendale, WA 98620. THE PURPOSE of said hearing is to take testimony on the proposed Road Requirements Waiver. Written comments must be submitted by 5:00 PM on March 02, 2018 to the Klickitat County Planning Department to be forwarded to the Commissioners before the hearing. The Board of County Commissioners may approve, deny, approve with conditions, table or take no action, or continue the matter to a set time and place.
