The proposed project is located within a portion of Section 21, T2N, R13, W.M., Klickitat County, WA, Murdock Vicinity (2297 Dallesport Rd) on tax parcel 02132109010200. 4 New Business: Variance Application: V2018-02 Applicant: Fire District #5 (Centerville) Representative: Lawrence Browning • A variance request to reduce the required side yard setback from 5’ to 2’ for the construction of an addition to the Centerville Fire Station. The proposed location is within a portion of Section 11, T3N, R15E, W.M., Klickitat, WA (Centerville Vicinity). Conditional Use Application: CUP2018-03 Variance: VAR2018-01 Applicant: Dirt Hugger, LLC Representative: Tyler Miller • A Conditional Use Application for Dirt Hugger, LLC to expand its composting facility onto an Industrial Park zoned parcel directly east of its current operations. This expansion to the east would allow for better contiguous flow of the composting operations with the storage of feedstock in the expansion area. The applicant is also requesting a variance to allow for outdoor storage of incoming feedstock to a height up to 12 feet. A sight-obscuring landscape berm will be built around the perimeter of the storage area. The proposed project location is within a portion of Section 23, T2N, R13E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Dallesport vicinity) on tax parcel 02132300000700. 5 Other 6 Adjournment
