Klickitat County Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS) on April 20, 2017, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084, as amended, for the following proposal: SEPA 2017-06: Applicant: Zepher Inc. The proposal is to construct a new 1-story 5,810 square foot metal framed building addition and expand the existing parking area to be used for light manufacturing purposes related to Zepher, Inc. The addition is designed to match all aspects of the existing 23,210 square foot office building. The proposed project is located within a portion of Sections 29 & 32, T3N, R11E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA ( Parcels # 03112900000600 & #03113200000700, Bingen Vicinity). After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS is available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 pm on May 12, 2017. Appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office. Appeals shall not be deemed complete without payment of the appeal fees applicable to class C projects, payable to Klickitat County Planning Department.
