Klickitat County Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non- significance (MDNS) on July 20, 2017, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposal: SEPA2017-10: Applicant Eric Sanford DBA Falcon Farms LLC. Proposal: A short plat application requesting to divide approximately 30.17 acres into 3 lots. The property is located within a portion of Section 35, T4N, R11E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Snowden vicinity) on tax parcel 04113500000400. SEPA2017-13: Applicants Zachary Miller and Dana Robison Miller: Proposal: A short plat application requesting to subdivide approximately 5.13 acres into 2 lots. The property is located within a portion of Section 25, T6N, R10E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Trout Lake vicinity) on tax parcel 06102551000100. SEP2017-15: Applicant Joe and Patricia Petroff. Proposal: A short plat requesting to subdivide approximately 38.46 acres into two lots. The proposed short plat is located on tax parcel 03132700001800 within Section 27, T3N, R13E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (High Prairie vicinity). After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 pm August 11, 2017. Appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office. Appeals shall not be deemed complete without payment of the appeal fees applicable to class A projects, payable to Klickitat County Planning Department.
