Klickitat County Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS) on September 7, 2017, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084, as amended, for the following proposals: SEPA 2017-23. Applicants Rod and Carina Schmidt: A proposal to divide approximately 70.55- acres into 4 lots. The property is located within a portion of Section 22, T 05 N, R 15 E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Goldendale vicinity) on tax parcel 05 15 2200 0019 00. SEPA 2017-24. Applicant: LaRae Vaughn A proposal to divide approximately 1.01-acres into 2 lots. The property is located within a portion of Section 15, T 06 N, R 10 E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Trout Lake vicinity) on tax parcel 06 10 1534 0004/00. After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that these proposals will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 pm October 06, 2017. Appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office. Appeals shall not be deemed complete without payment of the appeal fees applicable to class A projects, payable to Klickitat County Planning Department.
