Klickitat County Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non- significance (MDNS) on May 4, 2018, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 as amended for the following proposals: SEP2018-09. Applicants: Helen and Mickey Blankenship. A proposal to subdivide approximately 5.02 acres into two lots. The proposed short plat is located within Section 27, T5N, R23E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Alderdale vicinity, also known as Lot 1 of SP 95- 07) on tax parcel 05-23-2751-0001/00. After review of the completed environmental checklists and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS is available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental reviews will be accepted until 5:00 pm May 25, 2018. Appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office. Appeals shall not be deemed complete without payment of the appeal fees applicable to class A projects, payable to Klickitat County Planning Department.
