NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing November 21, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Klickitat County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 205 S. Columbus, Goldendale, WA. THE PURPOSE of said hearing is to hear all interested parties who wish to testify for or against the following proposal: ZON2016-05: Applicant: Klickitat County Port District The proposal is to rezone an approximately 1.54 acre area within lots 22 & 24 of Binding Site Plan BSP2014-01 located on Parcels #02132600000200 (381.68 acres) and #02133500000300 (46.66 acres) from Industrial Park (IP) to General Industrial (GI) to conform to the surrounding General Industrial (GI) zoning. The proposed project is located within a portion of Sections 26 and 35, T2N, R13E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Port of Klickitat Dallesport Industrial Park). The Planning Commission may make recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners to approve, deny, approve with conditions, table, or continue the matter to a set time and place. The application is available for review at the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 W. Main St., Goldendale, WA.
