The proposed location is within a portion of Section 11, T3N, R15E, W.M., Klickitat, WA (Centerville Vicinity). Conditional Use Application: CUP2018-03 Variance: VAR2018-01 Applicant: Dirt Hugger, LLC Representative: Tyler Miller • A Conditional Use Application for Dirt Hugger, LLC to expand its composting facility onto an Industrial Park zoned parcel directly east of its current operations. This expansion to the east would allow for better contiguous flow of the composting operations with the storage of feedstock in the expansion area. The applicant is also requesting a variance to allow for outdoor storage of incoming feedstock to a height up to 12 feet. A sight-obscuring landscape berm will be built around the perimeter of the storage area. The proposed project location is within a portion of Section 23, T2N, R13E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Dallesport vicinity) on tax parcel 02132300000700. 5 Other 6 Adjournment
