NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Board of County Commissioners will hold a public hearing January 23, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Pioneer Center (501 NE Washington St), White Salmon, WA. THE PURPOSE of said hearing is to hear all interested parties who wish to testify for or against the following proposal: ZON2017-04, Applicant: Clayton Ohnemus. A proposal is to rezone an approximate 22.06 acre parcel from Resource Lands (RL) to Rural Residential 2 (RR2). The parcel has been surveyed by Pioneer Surveying and Engineering Inc. resulting in the acreage of 22.06 instead of 19.28 acres as described by the Klickitat County Assessor. If the rezone is approved, the applicant will submit an application for a 4-lot short plat. The property is located within Section 12, T4N, R10E, WM, Klickitat County, WA (South of BZ Corner, adjacent to and west of State Route 141, between Heath Street and Husum Heights Rd, Parcel #04101200002000). The Board of County Commissioners may approve, deny, approve with conditions, table, or continue the matter to a set time and place.
