Klickitat County Determination of Mitigated Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS) on January 12, 2018, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposal: SEPA2017-36. Applicant: Harry Boy LLC. Propose to create a 28 unit RV Park will full water and septic hook-ups served by the Klickitat County Public Utility District, a unisex restroom facility, paved access driveways for each RV unit, 13 additional paved parking spots for RV Park guests and employees, and a community park/open area. The paved interior roads consists of approximately 250’ of 24’ wide two way road and approximately 675’ of a one way road varying in width from 14’ to 20’. The site area is approximately 2.1 acres. The proposed project is located within a portion of Section 3, T2N, R12, W.M., Klickitat County, WA, Lyle, WA tax parcels 021203120009700; 02120312009800; 021203120000900; 02120358030700 and 02120358070700. After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 pm February 2, 2018. Appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office. Appeals shall not be deemed complete without payment of the appeal fees applicable to class A projects, payable to Klickitat County Planning Department.
