Klickitat County Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS) on September 21, 2017, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084, as amended, for the following proposals: SEPA 2017-27: Applicant: Buddy Kolander. A proposal to divide approximately 95.49 acres into 4 lots. The property is located within a portion of Section 33, T 05 N, R 16 E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Goldendale vicinity) on tax parcel 05163300000100. SEPA 2017-26: Applicant: Clayton Ohnemus Inc. A proposal to rezone an approximate 22.06 acres parcel from Resource Lands (RL) to Rural Residential 2 (RR2). The parcel has been surveyed by Pioneer Surveying and Engineering Inc. resulting in the acreage of 22.06 instead of 19.28 acres as described by the Klickitat County Assessor. If the rezone is approved, the applicant will submit an application for a 4-lot short plat. The property is located within Section 12, T4N, R10E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (South of BZ Corner, adjacent to and west of State Route 141, between Heath Street and Husum Heights Rd, Parcel #04101200002000). SEPA 2017-25: Applicant: Sage Tech. Proposal: A Rezone Request for a proposal to rezone approximately 4.3 acres from Suburban Residential to General Commercial. A Comprehensive Plan Amendment is also sought from Single Family Residential to Commercial. The applicant upon completion of the rezone and comprehensive plan amendment is proposing the construction of an office and production campus with multiple buildings and associated parking. Ultimate buildout will have two office facilities of 11,400SF and 3000SF, a production facility of 20,000 SF and an additional 5000SF use building. An initial proposal of 108 parking spaces with an additional 49 spaces for future expansion planned. There will be approximately a total cut and fill of 13,800CY. It is estimated that the material onsite will be used for any fills except that of base and top rock, there will be no haul away. The proposed project location is within a portion of Section 19, T3N, R11E, W.M. Klickitat County, WA (Parcel number 03111909100200, White Salmon vicinity).
