REGISTERING WITH KLICKITAT COUNTY EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM Receive alerts about emergencies and other important community messages that may affect where you work and live in Klickitat County. Emergency Management utilizes a mass notification system called the Klickitat County Emergency Notification System to notify residents of emergency situations. All landline telephones are automatically entered however, cellphones and email addresses need to be registered. Evacuation Level Definitions: Level 1 is an advisory notification. Residents should be aware of the danger that exists and monitor local media outlets for information. Residents with special needs or those with pets or livestock should take note and make preparations.
