Klickitat County Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non- significance (MDNS) on October 27, 2016, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposals: SEPA2016-29. Applicant: Jo Ann and Michael Wheeler. A Mitigated Determination of Non-significance (MDNS for a proposal to subdivide approximately 3.30 acres into four lots. The proposed short plat is located within Section 27, T2N, R13E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Dallesport vicinity). Tax Parcel Number 02132751011000 After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 pm November 18, 2016. Appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office. Appeals shall not be deemed complete without payment of the appeal fees applicable to class A projects, payable to Klickitat County Planning Department.
