Klickitat County Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non- significance (MDNS) on July 14, 2017, under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084 for the following proposal: SEPA2017-14. Applicant: Glen Pritchard. A proposal to subdivide approximately 19.71 acres into two lots. The proposed short plat is located on tax parcel 03131200001400 within Section 12, T3N, R13E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (High Prairie vicinity). After review of the completed environmental checklist and other information on file the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copies of the MDNS are available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 pm August 4, 2017. Appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office. Appeals shall not be deemed complete without payment of the appeal fees applicable to class B projects, payable to Klickitat County Planning Department.
