Board of Health September 20, 2016 The Klickitat County Board of Health meeting was held September 20, 2016 at the Klickitat County Board of Commissioner’s chambers. Board member present were Jim Sizemore and Rex Johnston. Klickitat County Health Department members present were Renee Wuollet, Teresa Rundell, Keven Barry and Kelly Sizemore. The meeting was called to order at 2:23pm The first order of business was a review of family planning updates by Teresa Rundell. A new electronic medical record system will be implemented in October. The Title X grant was approved and will be handled through the Consolidated Contract process as three, one year contracts. Teresa informed the commissioners of community outreach programs going on many of the schools around the county. Recommendations were made for fee adjustments to meet Medicaid reimbursement rates. Jim Sizemore moved to call to order the public hearing at 2:30pm. Rex Johnston seconded. Motion carried. The second order of business was adoption of the March 22, 2016 minutes. Rex Johnston moved to adopt the meeting minutes. Jim Sizemore seconded the motion. Motion carried. The Third order of business was adoption of adjusted family planning fees. Rex Johnston moved to adopt the fees. Jim Sizemore seconded the motion. Motion carried. No public comment. Rex Johnston moved to adjourn the meeting at 2:35pm. Jim Sizemore seconded the motion. Motion carried.
