NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing October 17, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Klickitat County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 205 S. Columbus, Goldendale, WA. THE PURPOSE of said hearing is to hear all interested parties who wish to testify for or against the following proposal: SUB2016-03; McCoy Estates. Applicant: Dan McCoy. Preliminary Plat Application for a 7 lot subdivision of 9.50 acres. The proposed subdivision is located within Section 23, T3, R10E, W.M. Klickitat County, WA. Located on tax parcel 03102376000100 (Intersection of SW Pucker Huddle Rd and Sterling Blvd- White Salmon vicinity). The Planning Commission may make recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners to approve, deny, approve with conditions, table, or continue the matter to a set time and place. The application is available for review at the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 W. Main St., Goldendale, WA.
