NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Klickitat County Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on September 6, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Klickitat County Courthouse, Commissioners Meeting Room, 205 S. Columbus, Goldendale, WA. THE PURPOSE of said hearing is to hear all interested parties who wish to testify for or against the following proposal: CUP2016-09: Applicant: Goldendale Veterinary Clinic; Property Owner: Marianne Randall. The proposal is to construct a new Veterinary Complex including a 2921 sq. ft. clinic building with adequate parking for clients and staff (potential of future expansion if needed), future construction of a 2500-3500 sq. ft. barn facility, composting enclosure and trailer parking. The proposed project is located within a portion of Section 28, T4N, R16E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA. The Board of Adjustment may approve, deny, approve with conditions, table, or continue the matters to a set time and place. The application is available for review at the Klickitat County Planning Department, 228 W. Main St., Goldendale, WA.
