The owner of the facility has applied to amend a conditional use permit granted by the Board of Adjustment in May 2016 (CUP2016-02) allowing establishment and operation of a mini storage. The proponent proposes to adjust the hours of operations from 8am-6pm to 7am-8pm allowing users to access their storage units before and after a typical work day; and to remove the requirement of total enclosure of covered parking structures and/or pole type structures. As an alternative, the proponent would construct these structures enclosed on three sides and orient these structures with the opening facing north where the transfer station is located. The applicant is also requesting a variance to the rear setback requirement from the required 20 ft. setback on the south property line to 10 ft., to allow for better use of the property. The proposed project location is within a portion of Section 2, T4N, R10, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (BZ Corner vicinity) on tax parcel 04100200001300. The project will include a commercial kitchen and dining room, toilet and shower facilities, bunk room and tent sleeping quarters for campers, office space for administrative activities, covered space for camp activities, on site housing for staff, barn for hay storage, shop for ranch maintenance, various storage sheds and parking areas for guests. The project is located within Section 19, T5N, R18E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA, east of Goldendale on tax parcel 05181900001200. 6 Other 7 Adjournment
