Klickitat County Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance Notice is hereby given that Klickitat County issued a Mitigated Determination of Non- significance (MDNS) on July 27, 2018 under SEPA Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) and the Klickitat County Environmental Ordinance Number 121084, as amended, for the following proposals: SEP2018-13. Applicants Aaron & Jenny Montgomery: A proposal to divide a 2.02 acre parcel into 4 lots. The property is located within a portion of Section 10, T6N, R12E, W.M. Klickitat County, WA (Glenwood vicinity) on tax parcel 06-12-1043-0002/00. After review of completed environmental checklist and other information on file, the Klickitat County Responsible Official has determined that this proposal will not have probable significant adverse impacts on the environment. Copy of the MDNS is available at the Klickitat County Planning Department during normal business hours. Comments or appeals on the above environmental review will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., August 17, 2018. Appeals must be filed with the Klickitat County Auditor’s office. Appeals shall not be deemed complete without payment of the appeal fees applicable to class A projects, payable to Klickitat County Planning Department.
