New Business: Public Hearing Rezone Request: ZON2016-05; Applicant: Klickitat County Port District #1 The proposal is to rezone an approximately 1.54 acre area within lots 22 & 24 of Binding Site Plan BSP2014-01 located on Parcels #02132600000200 (381.68 acres) and #02133500000300 (46.66 acres) from Industrial Park (IP) to General Industrial (GI) to conform to the surrounding General Industrial (GI) zoning. The proposed project is located within a portion of Sections 26 and 35, T2N, R13E, W.M., Klickitat County, WA (Port of Klickitat Dallesport Industrial Park). 6. Adjournment
